Muddy trainers!

Just about to start c25k (again - have tried a few times...)

It's very muddy near me so bound to come back with v muddy wet trainers. How to you clean and dry yours?

Last time it was a great excuse not to continue as, you know, my trainers were still wet Grin

I have 2 pairs ... or you could try those Sealskinz waterproof socks.

Put them inside in the sunshine (when it's sunny) on some newspaper, then the mud will drop off when you next go out.

2 pairs are good.
Or just balance on the top off a radiator -don't try to wash the mud off.

I balance mine on the radiator to dry out.

Extra nice as then you get to put nice warm shoes on next time Smile

Mine just live under the radiator in the hall. I pull the tongue right forward to open them up and they dry nicely

Or you just have to shrug your shoulders, tell yourself they'll be wet again in 5 minutes and wear them anyway.

Don't ever bother cleaning mine as will just get muddy again anyway. If really wet stuff them with scrunched up newspaper, that dries them quickest.
