I have started spinning 3 times a week, I have tried so many things to give up the sweet stuff, it just makes me more defiant!
I eat pretty healthy (no processed foods usually) but my downfall is chocolate. If I'm hormonal I'll binge, I have given up sugar before and felt great but I find restricting myself only makes me worse.
So exercise is needed..is spinning 3x a week enough? I want to lose another 12lbs. Bounce fit is another option as is body combat/body pump.
