Are Nike Capri pants with a gusset lining designed to be worn without underwear?

Yes, I think so. However I have always still worn underwear as I feel a bit, er, exposed without.

Ive never really thought about it but I never wear knickers under any of my running tights.

I got chafing across my back from my knicker elastic years ago when marathon training and stopped wearing undies.

I don't generally feel exposed. My tops just about cover my arse, I couldn't go out in a top that didn't. I guess if my arse was on show I'd feel a bit more exposed.
