Hi,

Does anyone have a hiit dvd recommendation. I'm doing a body coach plan in which you have to do hiit. Im wondering if there are any current DVDs that use hiit as their basis? Maybe Charlotte Crosby or similar? Thanks

That Fitness Blender website is a brilliant idea. I've just found my workout for tomorrow (level 5 difficulty cardio HIIT). Having watched a video through though, there is no explanation about position, how to protect your back and the guy's form is very dodgy in places (he gets tired, understandable but not to be copied).

Not quite to grips with the website yet so not sure if other videos on there are better at explaining form/position/posture. I'd hate to think of somebody hurting themselves. Davina's videos are very good at explaining form and her most recent one has tutorials on it to make sure you're getting it right. It's probably fine if you already know about how to do planks, lunges, squats, press ups, weights etc etc in the right way.

You're right Showy I don't do their pilates workouts because they don't teach you any of the basic breathing techniques and I def think people could strain their backs.

But I really rate the cardio stuff they do.
