Can anyone recommend a yoga DVD?

I would count myself as a beginner and have been looking on Amazon but find the range a bit bewildering.

Have a look at YogaGlo - its not a DVD is online but they have 1000s of classes you can search of all levels, including some aimed at runners. Its pay monthly, but I think they do a free trial.

Their new interface is really slow so try classic.YogaGlo.com if the standard site doesn't work for you.
