Low impact/more toning DVD for about 30 mins?

Doing the Shred, but finding (even with modifications) that the cardio is too high impact for my knees when combined with the squats etc.

Anyone recommend a more yoga/Pilates style DVD that takes about 20-30mins including warm up and cool down? I also feel really daft doing the cardio bits, which doesn't help!

I like the darcey bussell Pilates for life (I think) DVD. It has a mini programme but can't remember how long! Really helped strengthen my back and tone tummy and legs.

Thank you, I'll have a look at that.

Any others?

I have some very old davina DVDs ones called the power of 3 other ones 3 thirty minute workouts they are good but a bit like jillians

I have this one and I like it, I'm not into high impact/aerobics type stuff and also have knee/lower back issues. You have to watch it carefully as she doesn't tell you how to do stuff but I find it effective at toning

fitnessblender has lots of free low impact workouts (you can use their search facility to find the type, difficulty and length of the workouts as well).

Didn't know about fitness blender so I'll have a look thanks.

Might have a look at Tracey Anderson too - If my abs can look like Shakire, then I'm in. Never gonna happen!

This is really good value as you get 4 DVDs, you can do just a 10 minute segment, or mix and match, or do a whole DVD which is 50 minutes
