I used to use the nhs couch to 5k podcasts but always got stuck at the end when the programme makes the jump to running for 20 minutes.

I got an app called RunCracker in he end which I think is great. You can play your own music and the app overlays the intervals over the top. It does come at a cost, you have to pay a small amount for the different training programmes. By far my favourite ones are the loss weight gain speed ones. These are the ones I feel I have made the most progress with.

I used a zen labs one, was free. Play your own music then the app audio cuts over it telling you when to run/walk.

I'm using Get Running at the moment which is free.
Most seem to involve an apparent jump at various points. BUT it's never a huge jump in total run time. My advice is to go slowly. You don't need to sprint to be a runner! Good luck Grin

The zen labs one follows the same structure as the NHS plan. It finishes a week sooner so you only do one 30 min run to complete rather than a week of 3 x 30 mins.
