I had my DD 5 months ago and damaged my coccyx in the process. Docs say I just have to wait it out, take pain killers and sit on a rubber ring. But in the mean time I really want to start toning my baby tummy and dieting alone isn't doing much. But I have to sit down really carefully so anything sitting is out - so no sit-ups and I can't use my rowing machine. I also can't do much that impacts my bottom - running is really quite painful. And I need to be able to do it at home, during my baby's 30 min naps! So.... any ideas? Thanks.
