I've got her Fit in 15, and just started the Intense DVD -wondered if anyone tried the 7 minute one? Is it really 7 mins or more like half an hour with a warmup/cool down? Does it/will it work?
I'm fairly fit, slightly dodgy knees and want to tone up overall but particularly tummy area, whilst building up a bit of booty. Would like to lose about 4/5lb but can do that over a few weeks once the Christmas drinks and food have all gone 
Anyone used it yet?
