Does anyone have any of these fitness trackers? If so, are they worth it?
I keep seeing them on special offer at the moment - and am wondering if I would get enough use out of one.
I do run, so have a Garmin (not v good at picking up GPS though), and have Strava App on my phone which i use to monitor pace/distance.
This would be just for daily movement - as I am on a running break at the moment, and trying to lose weigh - so wondered if one would spur me on to move more?
