I'm looking for an exercise DVDS but my long list of picky demands is making it difficult! If anyone could help, I'd be very grateful 
I am overweight and unfit so I'm looking for something which won't kill me/put me off exercise
I'd love something I could do for 10-30 minutes at a time so I don't get bored as my attention wanders quite a lot someti......
I'd like to exercise indoors so couch to 5k etc isn't viable for me at the moment
I don't have any equipment such as weights so I need something that just uses body strength etc rather than 'stuff'
I live in a flat so mad running probably isn't a good idea!
There's probably more but I can't think of them at the moment
