hi all been training for seven weeks know and a week ago whilst squatting with weights i felt a burst/pop in my knee? ive always had problems with my knees but only with crunching noises or dull pain. but know my knee feels really unstable as if its going to give underneath and it actually has, not so ive fell over just give out a little, im a bit concerned as i want to continue training as ive done really well loosing a stone already, when bending my knees turn inward too and the pain is all around including at the vack of the knee, before training i did see a physio but i gave up on them as all they did for me was stretch my legs for ten min and send me away after sitting for fifteen min waiting on then it just felt a waste of time.
im experiencing bruising know too on my thighs and my ribs feel bruised but arnt,? im starting to consider an underlining problem?
