With 2 small children and dark evenings I don't have the energy for the gym so was thinking about doing some yoga at home and wondered if anyone could recommend a good yoga thing to follow?

There's a woman I found once, Sadie nardini I think she does fat burning yoga and I really would feel it afterwards

I also watched lots of Sadie Nardini, she seems to have gone off on a different tangent now though

I quite like Adriene - on YouTube. Very gentle.

I would love to get into yoga, for relaxation, toning and general well being. I am fairly flexible but I do struggle with the whole breathing thing during exercise. I have recently tried Basic Yoga for Dummies and although it is very basic, I have really enjoyed it as an introduction to Yoga.

I am now looking at trying to step it up a bit and looking at Jillian Michael's DVDs but not sure of which one to go for, Yoga Meltdown or Yoga Inferno. Any opinions please?
