Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good exercise DVD/YouTube exercise I could do at home 2 days a week.

I currently do 5 days at the gym
Tues - body pump - followed by cardio in the gym
Weds - abs followed by circuits
Thurs- abs followed by body combat
Sat -spinning then abs
Sun -abs followed by body pump.

On a Monday and fri I cannt get to the gym and this week will struggle as the DC are home on half term and I really need something I can do at home that's going to challenge me and give me a good work out. TIA Smile

shouldn't you have a day off once a week? Grin

I have a stack of DVDs I never use these days, I passed on 'the asylum' to a MNer already but I loved Insanity and all Shiva Rea's (yoga) and I love jillian michaels - I think some of her stuff is on youtube or v cheap from amazon

looking at your timetable makes me want a nice stretch, maybe you'd enjoy a pilates or yoga based thing?

Youtube is great.
I do Bikini Body Mommy and Blogilates.
There are more hardcore channels - I forget the name now - but have a browse and try some out. Best part = free!

Thank you, I could do with some yoga or Pilates I may try that on one of the days and then something else on one of the other days.

I didn't manage to get to the gym yesterday although worked in the garden all day and I'm not going to get there today either, I am itching to do some exercise so will have a trawl on YouTube and see what I can find Smile
