Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good exercise DVD/YouTube exercise I could do at home 2 days a week.
I currently do 5 days at the gym
Tues - body pump - followed by cardio in the gym
Weds - abs followed by circuits
Thurs- abs followed by body combat
Sat -spinning then abs
Sun -abs followed by body pump.
On a Monday and fri I cannt get to the gym and this week will struggle as the DC are home on half term and I really need something I can do at home that's going to challenge me and give me a good work out. TIA
