...what do I need?
Got: small towel for wiping, drink, gym clothes, decent trainers, deodorant, shower stuff, asthma inhaler.

Anything I've missed?

Tell me I'm doing the right thing. I need to tone up, lose weight and feel better. I'm 18 months off that birthday and I am determined to bit a fitter, thinner 40 than I was at 30.

Sounds good! A lock/pound for the locker is the only thing I can think you might need.

Pretty well I think! I did alf an hour today while DS swam- just cross trainer and a bitnof abs work, but I went into the gym which is progress!

Keep at it. Can be hard at first but when you get into the routine it is much easier!
