I hate going commando, I wear these. They shrink, so don't tumble dry them.

I just use a thong. My ordinary knickers!

I wear microfibre boy leg shorts (the seamless sort) from Tescos. They don't move or chafe

never suffered when wearing these - my standard wear.
But I don't go over an hour. That may well affect things.

Commando or M&S plain hipster bikini briefs. Tried and tested over ultra-distance.

stretchy thong for running, commando for cycling! Love the tiger capris btw

Bumping this thread..... Now the weather is getting warmer and runs are getting sweatier (tmi sorry) cotton pants are really not working for me, and there is no way I'm going commando! Any tips or links? (some of the ones on this thread don't work any more)

Shorts over tights/capris? That way you can go commando and not worry about exposure.
