Running with a mum tim

I'm a couple of months into trying to get back into running after two children (youngest 9 months). Generally ok, asides I feel I need a sports bra for my stomach! I'm ok in my lycra running shorts, but in the cooler evenings I've just got some tracksuit pants, which don't provide any stomach support and it's most uncomfortable. Cash is tight, so not up for buying specialist trousers... any underwear advice?

Can you wear your lycra shorts under your tracksuit bottoms? Or buy some cheap running tights (Sports direct have them for less than £10) when you have some spare cash.

Lycra shorts under tracksuit bottoms is the only way to go.

OR running tights and baggy shorts.

Decathlon sell capri pants with a high waist/tummy control.

Think shorts and trousers would make me far too hot - so far got some cheap supermarket 'shaper' underwear (just a bit bigger and tighter than normal knickers, rather than the full girdle!), which definitely helped a bit..

Oh gosh I couldn't run in shaper underwear!

Lycra tights. Can be v cheap in Sports Direct or TKMaxx.
