Which one would you recommend and how do they differ? I have no clue Confused

I've used RunDouble, Runkeeper and Endomondo.

I think RunDouble you have to pay for but it had the C25k sessions already on there.

Runkeeper does have some training programmes but not sure what 5k ones it has. It's free to download so you can always check and see. I've only ever had a couple of GPS fails with it. It's not as accurate as my Garmin but it does a pretty good job for a freebie. You can sync it with MFP if you're using that.

Endomondo kept sending me to a dodgy porn site every time I tried to use it so I deleted it.

Hi Audley.

I downloaded the NHS Choices podcasts rather than an app and they worked for me. They are free and the woman who does the talking isn't too irritating. You can't use them with your own music but I quite liked having "someone" there for the entire session telling me when to walk and when to run and giving praise.
