can you export routes from mapmyrun into garmin course create thing?

am probably being a bit thick but very grateful if anyone can explain how to do this

anyone? have tried the hard way (actually running the route with garmin running on one wrist and intermittently functioning iphone in my other hand) but mapmyrun didn't give me any route guidance or alert me when I'd taken a wrong turn (some of these are just little country lanes without signs so fuck knows how you are meant to guess which one is called what)

or is there a better route planning tool that you could confidently set off with, or try to run where there is reasonably consistent network coverage?
