Motivation for home workouts

How do you find the time and motivation to do daily workouts, especially after long days with small kids?

I'm doing post natal DVDs at the minute to help rebuild my core which got demolished from three big babies in 3.5years..

I find myself lacking motivation as I'm not seeing effects really. Either that or the long days get to me and if rather go to ed to restore energy before breastfeeding baby boy in the night.

Hello I started doing the 30 day shred first thing each day while DP watched baby. It wasn't too bad as only 20 mins and it flys by!
