I've been told by my physio that I must go to pilates as my back should not be in this state at my age and that will help sort it out. I went to one session and part way through I felt really sick and the feeling lasted a few hours after I got home. I haven't been back.
This evening I went to a mummy and daughter yoga session for the first time and again, part way through felt very sick and the feeling is only just subsiding.
I am a healthy size (in case that makes a difference) but I do have nose problems and am always quite mucousy on my chest. My thoughts are that all that hanging upside down stuff jiggles all my chest snot about which is what makes me feel sick.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this, or even better, how I can avoid it happening again as I do want to do both classes.
