Do they really work? Trying to get a better bum will I get results with squats?

Short answer: yes.

I've been doing pump classes 3 times a week for about 18 months now. My bum is a completely different shape: much higher and zero flab.

Oh yes! I do boot camp and they're part of every class.

And every time it hurts the next day!

Yes.
Imagine you have two huge spiders or someone you detest under your heels, and push your heels as firmly into the floor as you can, this will help activate muscle fibres in the back side of the leg and bum

Yep, I do sets 2/3 times a week. Been doing them since jan and my bum is a very different shape, much rounder and more shapely I guess.

Between squats and lunges they've done my ass a world of good!
