Yoga DVD?

Hi,

I've become a bit unfit and have decided to do something about it! I don't really want to lose weight, just tone up really.

First, I'd like to get back to running and aim to do it once or twice per week in the view to be comfortable with 10k by Xmas.

I know that to see some results in terms of the toning I really need to do something regularly. I've tried Julian Michael's KBAT, which was fine but all that stomping about would wake up the kids in the morning, so I need something quieter. I tried Jillian's yoga meltdown, which I liked but I'm bored with it now.

So, what DVD do you recommend? I want something not too easy so that it feels like a workout.

Thanks!

Bob Harper does a good yoga one as well, similar idea to Jillian's - not proper yoga, exactly - lots of reps, and not particularly relaxing, but good for strength and flexibility. There's an hour long main workout and a separate 20 minute abs section you can tack on afterwards if you've got time (or you can do it separately) with a truly horrible plank bit at the end. It's ace!

Thanks! I tried it today and it was just what I needed! I can follow it but the moves are challenging enough that it gives me a good workout. Brilliant!
