I usually do bootcamp once a week but after the last session I hurt my shoulder. It was getting better but is now really painful again, worse at night when it stiffens up. Do you think it would be ok to go to bootcamp tomorrow as long as I just do what I'm comfortable with, like leg exercises, and running, and leave out anything involving upper body? I'd rather not miss it really because I'm away next weekend so will miss it then too. Anyone got experience of exercising with a painful shoulder? It's across the whole back of the shoulder and neck.
