I thought a pole thread would be a good idea, I absolutely love pole and I have just bought one and put it up.
For anyone else that has a pole at home how often do you use it? When I'm on the pole I ache the next day, will my body eventually get used to it? As I want to practice a lot 
My biggest problem is my thighs really hurt, I think it's because the skin isn't that firm and anything that I use my thighs for feels like my skin is peeling.
Any tips on how to form them up quickly? I have also bought some bio oil for the stretch marks I'm hoping that will help.
