Has anyone seen any results using a power plate?

Toned up? Lost weight?

I'm thinking of buying one of these and although I've found reviews which say how they help people lose weight, etc I'm not sure i believe it.

I'll be honest - They are my pet hate because they make the whole gym vibrate.

But in general I don't really believe any miracle-results-for-little-effort exercise machine claims. In my experience, if you train hard, you see results and look and feel fitter. If you don't, you don't. £399? They are having a laugh. You'd have change from £100 on a decent pair of running shoes and a Shred DVD.
