Can I move fat from my stomach elsewhere?

I don't need or want to lose weight particularly. But jesus god, I look pregnant. I'm getting cramps from trying to hold my stomach in all the time lest people ask.

I wouldn't mind it on my arse, thighs or hips Boobs? Wouldn't complain Grin

I don't want to do couch to 5k as I did it before and didn't get past week 2 day 1 (after about 4 months of it Hmm) Thinking swimming once a week and some other exercise at home? I hate exercise so one of those short things would be perfect. I used to do one with DH but he moaned that I made too much noise because I'm so unfit I literally can't do a press up

I would move some of my fat onto someone else Grin But sadly you can't spot reduce fat. You could try doing loads of crunches etc, that would probably help with the appearance. If you're after something short then try one of those phone apps like 30 day abs challenge. 30 day shred is good for improving muscle tone and fitness too.

Spanx?

Try going wheat free and low carb- has made a huge difference to my belly!

Are you sure it's fat and not bloating?

Hmm, worth doing the exercise for your inner sheet of muscle, if you don't already?

Google stomach vacuum.

Some people are "apples" - they gain weight on their bellies. Even if they look slim elsewhere, they have flabby bellies. Unfortunately, that is the sort of fat that is most closely associated with diabetes and heart disease.

If I could move fat from my belly onto my boobs I'd be perfect. Sadly though, my belly is like a jelly beanbag and my boobs are south facing sagging blobs.

I know that feeling... have even googled "tummy tuck" and "mommy makeover" before and after pics. (Won't do it though because who has the time to lie around in pain for weeks recovering from surgery?)
