I don't need or want to lose weight particularly. But jesus god, I look pregnant. I'm getting cramps from trying to hold my stomach in all the time lest people ask.

) Thinking swimming once a week and some other exercise at home? I hate exercise so one of those short things would be perfect. I used to do one with DH but he moaned that I made too much noise because I'm so unfit I literally can't do a press up
