Let's just start off with the fact I'm not a runner.... Número beginnero

And I've agreed to do a half marathon in less than 9 weeks. Where the heck do I start.

Please any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Couch to 5k seems to be working for a lot of non runners (me included)

I'm less than two weeks away from my first half marathon. I read "Run fat bitch run" and used Map my run (app).

Focus on getting to 5k as that's the hard bit. Once you get there, it gets a lot easier. Good luck.

Haven't read that book so can't comment, I know some people have found it helpful. You could try going to womensrunninguk.co.uk or runners world where you will find various training plans to follow. Also get a good pair of trainers from a running store to minimize injury risks. Sports direct are good for cheaper running clothes. Good luck!
