Hi, I've got 3 months to make a concerted effort and I want to make significant headway on losing 20 kg / 44 lbs.
I've bought an elliptical trainer and 20 mins which calculates as 240 calories per session.
I've got the 30DS which I've calculated as 176 calories per session.
I'd like to add in something else sometimes but don't know how feasible that will be, I have bad knees and don't do well with gym memberships or swimming pools but am good at driving myself along.
I'm altering my diet to more veg/protein/fruit with fewer carbs, no snacks, and using MFP to monitor what I'm doing there.
Any other tips? Is there a thread to support this kind of attempt?
Tomorrow is day one although I've been preparing for this for weeks and I've started easing myself into exercising. Wish me luck!
