7 Weeks to Tone

I did start C25K and made it to week 4 but then went through 2 family deaths so stopped it. I now need a quick win solution for a major tone up. My weight is fine but I am thin fat.

It's for a friends wedding and I haven't dressed up nice for 3 years so want to make the most of it.

Keep going with C25k. It might also be worth looking at HIIT. I go to a class and its hard work.

Have you tried the 30 day shred? It's on Youtube. I had no muscle tone at all and the shred really helped to build me up.
