Exercising with 9 month old

I need to lose a stone and it's not shifting with just diet alone. I'm on my own with a 9 month old, no one to help look after her and can't afford nursery/crèche. Does anyone else manage to exercise at home in similar circumstances? I have low mood, LO is a poor sleeper so I'm too tired to get up early before her and put on a DVD and by the time I do daily household tasks there's just never any time. How do people manage their time effectively? She takes 2 naps a day and both naps are taken up by housework/cleaning and sterilising bottles/grabbing a quick shower/washing dishes/preparing food.

How about putting her in the buggy and powerwalking/ jogging with her?
If she has a morning nap, you could go out before that so you could get up, put exercise clothes on and shower during her nap

You could try something like to start with. Couldn't get much less demanding on your time and you don't need any equipment for it.

Running with the buggy works really well for me. I bought a cheapish running buggy on eBay.

Or skipping. You can totally do that in short burts when you get the chance.
