Hi all
Just wondering if anyone does exercise in their back gardens and if so, what do you do? I'm on my own with my DS most days & evenings so I can't do any exercise in a gym, on the streets, at a park etc. I'm lucky enough to have a fairly spacious garden so thought I could exercise in it while DS naps in day & at night too.
What would you recommend I do? I'm overweight & not exercised in years so need to start off gently!
