I'm just about to start C25k and am looking for an arm band or waist pack for my iPhone. Bit there are thousands on amazon!

Can anyone recommend one, please? Also do the arm bands rub at all?

Fits a iPhone 4s. It does rub if sometimes if the Velcro is touching skin. Karrimor is definitely cheaper end, so maybe more expensive might be better. But mine's fine tbh, if I feel it rubbing I re-adjust and then it's fine.

I don't really like the velcro strap ones, so I got something lime the karrimore arm pocket (sorry, can't work out how to link on my phone) and I find it great.

I prefer a bum bag, with a pouch for a water bottle.

I use a handheld thing ermine by Yerbuds. I like it - it's a silicone cover with a strap that you slip your fingers into so you are holding it without having to actually grip it/hold it. It's great as I use Runkeeper and I can see and access the phone when I'm running and I prefer it for running with headphones.
