I've lost a fair bit of weight (2 stone) & started cycling twice a week 30-40 mins but my legs are really wobbly and my bottom in particular is very saggy with quite loose skin Blush. Any specific exercises I can add to help these problem areas?

Have a look on Youtube - there are loads of exercises on there and they will show you how to use good form etc.
