I need to do something. Couch to 5k too much?

I suffer hip pain from hyper mobile joints and wear orthotics to stop my feet tipping in. In pregnancy and just after I was pretty immobile as I had SPD too this time, and my core muscle tone is rubbish (according to physio...)

I can now walk a fair distance without pain, but need to do more. I hoped to join a Pilates clad but no luck finding one with space at a time I can do...

I don't think running will be very good for me but really not sure what else there is. I don't like swimming and it's so time consuming...

Any ideas?

Cycling? It's considerably easier on your joints than running. Have you got a bike, or could you borrow one?

Thank you.
DH has a bike, but it's probably be a little big for me. Might be able to borrow one to give it a try. I used to love cycling when I was younger.

I have problems with high impact exercise too and can't swim due to dizziness, I'm going to start Tai Chi. Just using a DVD at home for now but might join a class some day.
