I was wondering if anyone can help, I'm trying to go to the gym 3 to 5 times a week but to be honest I'm getting bored as my friend who joined with me keeps cancelling and when I do go I normally go on the treadmill for 20mins walking fast pace then on rowing machine for 20mins then maybe bikes or cross trainer
Could anyone give me a little routine for the gym to stop me getting bored (I am a very unfit beginner!)
Also the days I don't go to the gym what can I do in the house? I've downloaded apps but was knackerd after a few mins! I've ordered an ab thing so that will help with sit ups
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
