Do gyms have creche facilities?

I'm considering joining a gym. I would need childcare to be able to go. I've heard that gyms have creche facilities. Before I make a fool of myself by ringing around the local gyms, is this a common thing? Or not at all?

The 2 major local gyms have nothing about this on their websites. I'm a little gutted if that is the case! :(

Not common around here unless you go to the superexpensive one! Some do though. Ring them?

I'm wary of the hard sell! I'm trying to gather all the necessary information before contacting them! Grin

Damn it. I need a creche, and I need it now!! :(

Several of my local council gyms have creche facilities, and very reasonable rates (and pretty good gym equipment too).

If you're ringing round, double check what, if any, creche sessions are included in membership. David Lloyd charges extra (and not cheap either), whereas with the council gym they are included in my membership fee.
