I'm really needing to get into shape mainly focusing on my thigh, bum and stomach, and have found a 30 day fitness challenge, "30 day little black dress challenge", which is said to be great for my goal.
Does anyone want to join me?
Take a look at 30dayfitnesschallenges.com/30-day-little-black-dress-challenge/ for the daily (with regular rest day) exercises and links to how to do each.
If you don't fancy this one there are others to try such as abs, squats, beach body etc.

Have you started it yet?
I am going to have look at it later and see if I have enough stamina for (a late) day one Smile

I started on Friday. Rest day today, but so far have found it easy going. I am sure I will soon be eating my words though.

I decided to try interval training.... i am sooooo unfit
I've lasted only 5 min of this Grin

and then did nearly 20 min stretching as my calf muscles are so tight they always give me lower back pain if I don't after exercising. Then did 2 hours gardening and feel exhausted ....

Will do first day from your link tomorrow - I checked the actual exercises today as well.

I've just started the ab challenge.
So far (day 3) I still can't do a sit up properly but I'm hoping that'll change!
Got DS to sit on my feet this evening which helped.

I'm the same with some of the exercises on the LBD challenge Poshme. I struggle mainly with burpees. Just hope I get used to them as by the last week I have to do 50 I think.
Am on day 6 now, and although this mornings 25 jumping jacks, 20 burpees and 20 high knees had me sweating and out of breath for a while after, I am still feeling determined to stick with it.
Think I might try the abs challenge in July, then squats challenge in August.

Has anyone else had a go at this?
I'm on day 11, should be day 12 but an old injury started to niggle me on what should have been day 10 so had to have an extra rest day.
Still going well otherwise though.

Just came on to look for others doing these. I'm a bit scared of the little black dress one so starting by combining the squat, plank and pushup ones.

I'm on day 18. The exercises look hard but once you're used to them they are not too bad. If I struggle any days I break the reps up. I struggled with the 80 sec plank yesterday, so did 40 seconds, did the other exercises, then did the second 40 seconds.
I have seen a difference. So far I have lost 2 inches from my thighs, 1/2 an inch from my bum and an inch from my lower abdomen.
I'm looking forward to getting this one finished so that I can do the abs one next. Was going to do the squats in August, but might do it along side the abs challenge in July.
