Do you squat?
How many do you do and how often? Any tips to help make sure you're doing them correctly, I'm trying my hardest to not bend my back or have my knees over my toes IYSWIM but it's so hard! Will it come with practice?
I've been reading online and it says there are a lot of benefits from regular squatting and that it helps people to run faster, I really hope that's the case!
