Do you squat?
How many do you do and how often? Any tips to help make sure you're doing them correctly, I'm trying my hardest to not bend my back or have my knees over my toes IYSWIM but it's so hard! Will it come with practice?

I've been reading online and it says there are a lot of benefits from regular squatting and that it helps people to run faster, I really hope that's the case!

Bum out, back as straight as can be, make sure your knees and feet aren't rolling in. Squeeze your butt and breathe out when you rise. Breathe in to lower. Pulse up and down and hold every now and again to really feel that quad burn! There are heaps of very good videos on youtube.

I never thought to look on YouTube I'll have a look later.
I think it'd help if I had a mirror I could do it next to to see how I'm doing it
