Has anyone got a pole at home?

I really want one but I'm worried it'll be a waste and I won't use it!

I've been having lessons for around 8 months now and I'm really enjoying the classes and my strength and fitness has improved massively.

I'd love to have one at home so I don't have a whole week to wait until next lesson but for a professional one they're around £200.

Has anyone got one that they do use regularly?

I've done the odd lesson but would love to take it up more seriously.

It's very addictive! I've had to have two weeks off because I've been so busy and I'm dying to go back Grin

My friend has one and practises regularly at home. Not sure what she paid for it though.

I did a beginners pole fitness course last year and loved it but ended up with a knee injury which took about 8 months to heal. Now I can run on it again I'm hoping to go back to pole as soon as I can get on another course - it's the only form of exercise I've ever done that I genuinely like doing!

Hello again AnnField was just reading your post on the weight loss thread then realised this was you! Smile

It is loads of fun isn't it? I find it quite addictive and it doesn't feel like you're exercising, it just feels like fun Smile
