Diet for my dh

Dh cycles 26 miles every day to work and back and has gone from 84kg to 80kg over the last year. We moved house so he's cycling much further now. He looks very slim now and is 6 foot 4. He has lost all the weight off his face and his arms and legs look quite skinny. He eats huge amounts but just burns it all straight back off.

Do you have any ideas of high calorie food for people who exercise a lot which are healthy choices? Or any tips to help him put weight back on and maintain a healthy weight for his height?

Less of the bike riding and exercise too much of it will kill him. lots of chicken breasts pasta and meaty stews and soups anything very filling like that will burn or slower and keep him full long enough for it to help him gain weight or he could up his diet to 15 meals a day but very small meals like a small bowl of pasta and some passata and then 15 mins later some fruit and cream or something then a another small meal and another dessert type meal :) hope that helps

Too much if it will KILL him hedwiggitty ?

On what fact are you basing that? And 15 meals a day? How is he supposed to do that while he's working?

Have a look on the myfitnesspal website or similar, it will help with working out calories in vs calories out and what he should be eating to keep the weight and nutrients up!
I imagine their are cycling fitness websites/magazines too??

too much exercise can kill anyone especially if he if over exercising and the weight is dropping off him he could be putting unnecessary stress on his heart and lungs by pushing himself too hard and 15 small meals a day is easy especially stuff like pasta and rice which can be kept in small containers and eaten in 10 mins at the most something you can multitask around while at work.
