I was going to join the existing May shred thread, but as a total novice I was a bit wary of all the higher-sounding levels and stuff. If there is anyone around and able to coax an absolute couch potato who has done almost no exercise since 1995, I'd be grateful. Similarly, if there are any other complete lazyboneses who fancy joining me, that'd be grand.
Also, a few questions if I may?
- Has anyone ever actually done the 30 days?
- When do you do it?
- What about after the 30 days? What then?
- Does it work? When do you start seeing results?
- How often do you do it?
- What about when you're away etc?
