Has anyone done the 30 day shred?

What were your fitness levels like prior to doing it. I intend to start in Monday just wondered if it works Smile

It's brilliant, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

My fitness levels were good before I did it, but there are the three levels but also within each level there is a 'hard' and a lower impact option so it does suit a wider range of people.

Define "works"

It's a hugely successful programme, thousands of people have followed it, the vast majority seem to be happy with the results.

It can be tough to begin with if your base level of fitness isn't great, but there are modified versions shown.

Fitness levels not great I walk a lot, 7 miles a day and that's about it so def room for lots of improvement lol Wink
