I'm hoping to start weights, anyone else new to the sport or just starting?

My starting weight is 127lb, I'm hoping to end up with a similar physique to the after photo below.

I'd like to but I just don't have much time. Will you be going to a special gym?

Greenkit · 18/05/2014 09:10

I have just started this, really enjoy it

NaturalBaby · 18/05/2014 09:13

I've just started Crossfit, does that count? Am kind of enjoying it but struggling with the technique as I have done weights for nearly 10yrs.

Raskova · 18/05/2014 09:19

I'm just starting Grin

Can't see your pic as on mobile app but I imagine it's someone beautifully toned and that's what I want to be.

My goal weight is your starting weight tho Hmm think I'm about 150lbs Confused

I'm expecting my weight will go up once I'm started. I'm 'slim' but have no definition or tone what so ever Raskova. I look like I weigh more than I do.

No special gym Joules, a girl at work lifts and she looks amazing, she stretched the other day and her arms were beautiful. She just does her research and goes to a normal gym.

How long have you been training Green?

I have no idea what crossfit is Natural, I imagine after 10 years of weights you know your stuff. Smile

Sorry, I mean I haven't done weights for 10yrs! Crossfit is a fitness program that involves a lot of weight lifting and gymnastic style exercises like pull ups.

I've got quite toned from doing boot camp for a year and that was outdoors with no weights. Press ups and the plank has really toned my arms and tummy, a lot of press ups and planking 3 times a week.

I've been told to google hasfit on YouTube. He does some amazing an exercises.

What have you been told to do?

My XP (who I still live with due to finances) is some sort of Adonis and trains 6/7 days. He does loads of research and says even for women, we should lift as heavy as we can.

"even for women, we should lift as heavy as we can."

Agree with this wholeheartedly. The girl at work trains a lot and she looks amazing.

Will google hasfit. Thanks
