Not sure if this should go in here but - leaky bladder when I run

So I have a leaky bladder when I run and I wondered if anyone had any good tips on what I could do about it. I had a baby 19 months ago so it must be to do with that but I do my kegels daily and I know from DP that everything is working in terms of my vaginal muscles. And yet this leaky bladder when I run thing keeps happening. i love to run, but this is making me not love it. It's just not very nice.
Anyone got any tips or words of comfort?!
Thanks...

Sorry posted too soon... A kegel 8 machine. It worked wonders for me. Highly recommend. Used for about 12 weeks and worked wonders.

Oh thanks! I actually have one of those - no idea why. A random pre childbirth purchase. I'll dig it out!

Running and toddler group trampolines are nature's way of telling us that our vaginal muscles really aren't up to the job - despite what your DP may say!
You are in good company with the incontinence. The latest NICE report on the subject estimates that 2/3 of women have the problem but fewer than 2% could be 'known' to the NHS. An appalling situation that has its roots in the fact that there is an unwillingness by all concerned (including mums themselves) to confront the issues.
Basically, it boils down to the fact that the advice you are given about pelvic floor exercise is just not fit for purpose. The largest clinical trial on the subject showed that 85% of cases could be cured in 2 weeks but no-one tells you about that. They would rather sell you designer incontinence pads for the rest of your life!!!
If you want to know why buy The Kegel Legacy ebook on Amazon. The best £1.99 you will ever spend!

So am I doing my pelvic floor exercises wrongly? Will this book tell me how to do them correctly? And do you also recommend the kegel 8? Can you really have very weak pelvic floors despite everything being tight down there? Sorry for the TMI.
I love to run and this is spoiling my enjoyment of it so would like to fix it. Also don't want to be incontinent when I am older either - so it's time for action!

I have just read the review of the book, and of the 3 questions - is sex less enjoyable, does everything feel not right down there and do you suffer from embarrassing leaks, well, I can only answer yes to the third and only when I am running. Actually I am enjoying sex way more now post childbirth.
Ill get the book - it's only £1.99 - but I am intrigued as to how everyone can be doing kegels wrongly!
