I tried the DVD for the first time 3 days ago. I have spent the last 3 days in pain. I knew I was sweating and achy by the time I finished the level 1 workout but didn't realise until I woke up the next morning, quite how much it worked. The muscles in my stomach, legs, and back have been so sore. I aimed to do this every day but have been too achy to do so. Even getting up off the sofa hurts. Hopefully the more I get used to exercise, the less it will hurt? Anyone else doing this DVD?

I'm doing banish fat boost metabolism by JM

it's not 'achey' but I am DRIPPING with sweat by the end

Have done Shred and No More Trouble Zones. That's shoulder-achey

I am trying to combine 6w6p with treadmill but couldn't believe how much I was hurting. What's the shred like?

Is designed to be done every day, 29 mins long

Level1, 2, 3 - 10 days each level

Quite challenging but only 20 mins...

I like BFBM as its very cardio and I like the idea of improving my fitness ( I don't need to lose weight but would like to be fitter) . NMTZ I think good for toning

I like to mix it up else I get bored and demotivated

20 mins not 29!
