Please help a dinosaur! I have an iPhone 5 and am using c25k podcast and Map My Run. Specifically how can I also use Spotify so that I don't have to listen to the NHS choice of music? Can anyone tell me the exact order to start the apps so that Laura will cut in over Spotify please? I did try but she'd paused in the background so my 5 min warmup was about 8 before I wondered where she was!
