I have 2 fingers separation (though tummy looks like it must be bigger) and am over a year postpartum. Am
waiting for women's health physio but need to do some exercise to lose the last couple of pounds and tone up my tum. All my DVDs have ab exercises that I know aren't good for separated abs.

Yeah, I've seen the Tupler stuff but itv not whole body enough and is pretty time consuming in addition to cardio / general toning.

I'm tempted by MuTu and the workouts of someone called Lindsey Brin have been recommended to me on another forum.

Bump. Watching this in the hope someone more experienced comes along. I am also tempted by mutu.

I'd recommend MuTu. I had a gap of 4 fingers and have got it to 2 doing the Focus programme. Feel much stronger in the core, and no sit ups involved.

Erin OBrien's post natal rescue is a gentle DVD in 3 stages. Level 3 does have a mainstream level of toning, and it works on the core, but not straining the abs.
