Exercise classes for beginners

Looking to start going to some classes as I lack the
Motivation to do it at home on my own but there are so many to choose from! My local leisure centre has a good variety.
I'm not a complete beginner, I do level 1/2 of the shred sometimes so I do a small amount of exercise.
I'm looking to lose a little bit of weight (drop a dress size) and them just tone up the wobbly bits

the first class I ever did was Body Pump - start light until you get the technique right and then build the weights up. I also do powerhoop (using a weighted hoop), zumba and a Dance Fusion fitness class that is a mix of aerobics, high intensity training and dance.

bodypump is excellent for toning and also easy to follow, no complicated choreography. It requires a license, so your leisure centre might not have Bodypump, but as it's so popular, might have something similar (I've seen all kinds of names like MuscleWork, Pump&Lift etc)

I think they hve something called funkypump which sounds similar
Think I may have to lurk at the back of the class on my first few sessions though as I have no co-ordination!
