Fitbit help please, esp those who have an iPhone.

My fitbit is connected to my iPhone but won't sync using Bluetooth.
I can only update my data by switching on my home computer.
I have restarted my fitbit and turned on Bluetooth on my phone.
What am I missing?

Which iPhone do you have? It only works with iPhone 4S onwards, I think, so doesn't work with my iPhone 4.

Have you got the latest version of the app? I have it on my iPad and I think there has been an update this week. Also if you go to the Account page in the app, there are links for help which might help.

Do you have an iPad? I recently got a 4s so it now works, but when I had an iphone4 it synced to my iPad which then updated my phone if that makes sense.

No. I do have the app on my iPad but it only updates after I've switched on my desktop

I've just looked on the fitbit website and unfortunately I've only got a lowly ipad2!

I need 3 or above.
